Job Summary:
As the Fixture Assembly Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the assembly of critical fixtures and equipment used in our manufacturing processes. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled technicians, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all assembly tasks. Your strong technical expertise, combined with your exceptional leadership abilities, will be crucial in driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement within our production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of fixture assembly technicians
- Develop and implement efficient assembly procedures and work instructions
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and training to team members
- Monitor and report on production metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with industrial equipment and fixture assembly
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to lead and motivate a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred

Working Conditions:
This position requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing facility, with exposure to various machinery, tools, and equipment. Candidates must be comfortable with physical labor, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigating a dynamic production environment.
