1. Basic Responsibilities and Guidelines
As a Regal Staffing Services associate, you represent both Regal and our client companies at your job site. You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. The following guidelines apply to all associates:
- Report to work on time, every scheduled day. If you are unable to report to work, call your Regal branch office and your supervisor at the client site as soon as possible โ and in all cases before your scheduled start time.
- Follow all directions given by your supervisor at the client site, provided they do not require you to violate any law or Regal policy.
- Treat all coworkers, supervisors, and clients with respect and professionalism.
- Do not use alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances before or during work hours. Associates are subject to drug screening per client and Regal requirements.
- Do not engage in theft, fraud, or dishonest conduct of any kind on client premises or in any work-related context.
- Protect client property and refrain from removing any materials, equipment, or documents from client premises without authorization.
2. Confidentiality
During your assignment, you may have access to confidential or proprietary information belonging to Regal or its clients, including but not limited to business processes, client lists, pricing, trade secrets, and personnel information. You are required to keep all such information strictly confidential during and after your assignment.
Disclosure of confidential information to unauthorized persons โ whether inside or outside the company โ is grounds for immediate termination and may result in legal action.
3. How to Remain with Regal
Regal Staffing Services places associates on assignment with client companies. To remain an active associate in good standing:
