Regal Staffing Services in Arlington is currently recruiting for a Palletizing Associate for a manufacturing company located in Grand Prairie, TX 75050.This position is responsible for some packaging finished products, palletizing cases, case sealing, and managing the can labeling machine in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Associate will ensure products are properly packaged, labeled, sealed, inspected, and prepared for shipment while meeting daily production goals.
Shift, Schedule, and Pay:
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday
- Hours: 5:00 AM – 4:15 PM
- Pay Rate: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Location: Grand Prairie, TX 75050
- Package and pack finished products according to specifications.
- Palletize products by stacking and organizing cases onto pallets.
- Perform case sealing to ensure boxes are properly secured.
- Operate and manage the can labeling machine to ensure cans are accurately labeled.
- Monitor the labeler for proper operation and label placement.
- Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
- Label and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain production goals and meet daily quotas.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all manufacturing and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to perform packaging, palletizing, and case sealing tasks.
- Ability to operate or manage a can labeling machine.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience with warehouse, packaging, or labeling equipment is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual candidates preferred.
- Stable work history and relevant warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
