Pay: $19–$21/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Inspector III to ensure manufactured products meet quality and safety standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, accurate measurements, and the ability to identify quality issues in a manufacturing environment.
Duties:
- Perform quality inspections and dimensional measurements.
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
- Read and understand mechanical blueprints and production documents.
- Identify defects, incorrect dimensions, and tolerance issues.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures.
- Work with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Minimum 5 years of quality control/manufacturing experience.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Ability to read mechanical blueprints and understand measurements and tolerances.
- Basic math skills.
- Knowledge of GMP and quality procedures.
- ASNT TC 1A Certified Level II preferred.
- NDT experience preferred.
- Must have a current driver's license with a clean driving record.
