D Shift: Packer

About this job

• Monday through Friday for the first two weeks of employment.
• Night-shift hires (D Shift): 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM.
• After training, associates move to their assigned shift on the Pitman 2-2-3 rotation.

• 12-hour rotating schedule (Pitman 2-2-3).
• D Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM.
• Climate-controlled facility.

• Operate packaging equipment and production lines.
• Inspect, package, and label finished products.
• Perform quality checks and complete production documentation.
• Maintain a clean work area while following GMP and safety procedures.
• Report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance. 
• Assist with product changeovers and line setup as needed.
• Follow all PPE and safety requirements.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient production and minimize downtime.

• Manufacturing or  production experience is preferred but not required. 
• Packaging or assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
