- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
- Shift: Mon–Fri (9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
- *****MUST train 7:00AM to 4:00PM for 2 weeks*****
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer and software applications
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Prior experience in customer service or call centers preferred Indeed
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM
- Resolve and escalate issues to ensure high satisfaction levels
