Job Details:
The Hose Production Technician – Level 1 is responsible for the efficient conversion and assembly of machinery and components, ensuring high-quality standards. The role requires working alongside Level 2 or Level 3 Hose Production Technicians and following assigned duties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all assemblies at the highest quality level.
- Minimize rework of assemblies.
- Clean all parts using solvents and chemicals safely.
- Maintain and care for shop tools.
- Obtain and use specialty tools per established methods.
- Clean and return tools to their proper location in working condition.
- Calibrate equipment per company procedures and work instructions.
- Communicate professionally with coworkers.
- Complete assigned training.
- Follow all ethical and quality standards, adhering to ISO 9001 requirements.
- Support company quality policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with machinery components.
- Willingness to learn and complete training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
