Regal Staffing Services in Arlington is currently recruiting for Drop Packer Position for a manufacturing company located in Grand Prairie TX 75050.This Job is responsible for selecting, packing, and sealing products for shipment in a warehouse or production environment. Key duties include accurately picking items based on order slips, inspecting products for damage, labeling packages, and operating equipment like pallet jacks or automated systems to prepare orders for delivery.
Shift, Schedule, and Pay:
Shift: Monday- Thursday 5:00am - 4:15pm
Pay Rate: $16.00- $18.00/ hour depending on experience
Skills Requirements:
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring the correct items and quantities are packed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for long periods.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to use warehouse management software, scanners, and automated packing equipment.
- Time Management: Ability to meet strict packing quotas and deadlines
- Bilingual speakers
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Stable work history / relevant warehouse experience
- Pass drug screen and criminal background check
