Regal Staffing Services is hiring Production Associates for a well-established manufacturing company in the Arlington area. These are immediate openings for reliable, detail-oriented candidates looking for steady work and growth opportunities.
Available Shifts & Pay
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $16.00/hr
- Follow written and verbal work instructions to complete electronic assemblies.
- Use materials and equipment provided by Process Engineering to perform job duties safely and efficiently.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions immediately to a supervisor.
- Perform required preventive maintenance and complete documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet established quality standards and production goals.
- Accurately record production data, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Basic computer skills (mouse, keyboard, screen navigation).
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- 1–3 years of experience in electronics assembly preferred.
- Manual dexterity to use hands and tools effectively.
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions.
