Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in to your Avionté BOLD Talent Portal.
- From your dashboard, locate your list of Pending Onboarding Tasks.
- Select Start next to the Hooray Health task.
- Review the information that is automatically populated, and complete any required fields that are blank.
- Select Save — you will be redirected to the Hooray Health enrollment page.
- Choose one of the following:
- Enroll in a health plan, or
- Decline coverage.
- If enrolling:
- Add any eligible dependents, if applicable.
- Select your desired health plan.
- Review the plan details and select Continue.
- Review and select any available supplemental benefits.
- If prompted, provide any additional required information and create your Hooray Health password.
- Review the Authorizations and Acknowledgements section and accept each required acknowledgment.
- Select Sign Up and Finish.
- When prompted, select Yes to complete your enrollment.
Once complete, you will be returned to your Avionté BOLD dashboard. Your benefit elections can be viewed later under the Benefit Enrollments section.
